“I am not exactly an “everything in moderation” type of person. I am passionate about the experience I give you. I am ALL IN! I LOVE music… it makes me light up, want to move and inspire you to move! I can be loud and fast and I might say a “bad” word every now and then. It just means I am excited and wanting to express the given emotion I have at the time. I will push you to open your mind and your heart and RIDE with everything you have at that moment. I am not for everyone AND THAT’S OK! Just give me the honor of your presence on the bike and I PROMISE you will NOT regret it!”

As it opens me, I want to open you, and my goal in every class is to inspire you and make you leave with a smile on your face. My classes are all about having fun while getting a killer workout. “I have taught many styles of movement and my home is the Ride. I love teaching here because of the community. Seeing groups of people coming for movement and leaving with so much more is so inspiring to me! As I have struggled with my own mental and physical health, the Ride has been such a blessing to me and now I am so happy to share it with others. I hope my daughters see how much joy teaching brings me and I hope they learn to always take care of themselves and do what makes their hearts smile. I like to give a very hard workout to the strongest in the room, yet with comfortable variations for all.”

So get ready for a high energy, beat-driven class with an inspiring message to remind you of your unbelievable power. Every ride is fun and will challenge you in a new way. Tailored for the advanced rider, but please do not let yourself feel intimidated, I offer variations throughout to make it a class for everyone. My music taps into that old school rap, hip-hop and dance vibe, the kind of stuff that reminds you who you once were when you thought you could do anything… and who, deep down, you still want to be. Expect to leave dripping in sweat and ready to be a conqueror. Come with me, I will take you there!”

As a nurse and former college athlete, I know how important it is to keep your heart and body strong and healthy. That’s why my classes are sure to make you sweat! During our all out workouts, I love to play music that makes you want to give it your all like EDM, pop, throwbacks, and more!

Having a job that is truly life or death makes it hard for me to destress and enjoy life outside of work. The Ride is a great place for letting your hair down, shaking off the stress, and becoming the person you were meant to be! Come as you are, be brave and let’s get to work!

“Here at the Ride you are not just a gym member. When you walk through those doors, you become a part of my family and the Ride Team! I started at the front desk and now am an instructor. I am proud and honored to say I have found one of my greatest passions in life. I deliver an upbeat class with a high energy vibe. I will give my riders suggestions but ultimately you make the decisions. We will definitely be working hard in my classes but you came here for you, so do what is best for YOU. I love that the Ride is free of judgment so come as you are and we will have so much fun! I cannot wait to see all your beautiful faces in my classes!”

“I love the workout that comes from cycling and I instruct at the Ride because of how it connects the development of my inner self while also getting a great workout. When I get on that bike I feel at home and at my classes, I want you to feel like it is your safe place, where you are able to shake free of all your anxiety and worries. When you are able to do that, you then find personal growth just starts happening. Whether on the bike or after you leave my class while in your car driving, something just seems to click and life just makes more sense. As for the workout, I add many variations that will meet you where you are on your journey. With that being said, my classes will push you, leaving you feeling accomplished, energized and refreshed. I look forward to giving you ALL of my love when I see you in my classes!”

“Whether you are considering your first ride or about to do your 50th, I am so glad you are here! I am an elementary school principal so by profession, I am organized, steady and like to lead people down a comfortable and safe path. I, personally, love to find my release at the Ride! I like going to all of our instructors’ classes because everyone is so different. My personal style is to provide a very balanced workout with a light-hearted message and familiar music. My classes are predictable yet fun, challenging yet doable. I will guide you with clean, fun, upbeat, encouraging music and language. In front of or beside you, we are on this journey to grow together!”

“As an instructor at the Ride and the Train, I bring a high level of energy, positivity and a big smile every single day. My goal is to help inspire our customers through movement and message as we travel through our own personal journeys, in hopes of having us all walk out of class together feeling more connected and better versions of ourselves. While my classes will deliver an amazing workout, my focus is so much more than just fitness, but a focus on WELLNESS overall. I intend to help us all make a greater connection between mind, body and soul by providing a high intensity ride that will work up a sweat, while also delivering an authentic and sincere message to help us reflect internally. While riding with me, you can expect a wide variety of fun music from EDM to rock that will pump you up and have you riding high. I became an instructor at the Ride to help make a difference in the lives of others and to give back and let my light shine to a community that has given so much to me through my own journey. My mission is to promote GROWTH within everyone, just as the Ride has done for me.”

As a Hospitality Team Member (I work at the front desk) and as a Strength Trainer here, I know just how welcoming and one-of-a-kind this place really is. My Train 30 and Train 50 classes will help you feel more athletic and capable in your daily life. I will definitely help you reach your goals with encouragement and guidance for safety and motivation. I am a stickler for proper form in lifting weights so that you remain injury free. My music will get you so motivated that you may even want my playlists. My classes will leave you feeling energized and strong, both physically and mentally!”
